Project
Management: -A
dedicated staff member who works on your project till
completion.
You can expect our project
managers to:
A. Keep you informed via email and phone
contact of updates to your project at key points of the project
such as ordering, receipt of goods, completion of in house
testing, date of booking date for installation, working with
installers to ensure the most professional install
possible.
B. Be true to their word. Commitments have to be kept all the
time. C.
Provide quotes within time frames
outlined. D. Before and After photos
of the project.
Technology:
- Plasma screens must turn off
and on automatically, not just no longer showing the images on
screen but be turned completely off and on by the online
updating permissions based software. LCD screens do this
automatically.
- Digital signage software must be able to
change inputs of media players and schedule new content from
different sources -Automated text and email alerts
sent from screens to warn of problems ahead of time such as
hard drive being full or internet connection
down.
-Locking buttons on screens to
prevent viewers from changing the channels etc.
-Commercial screens with minimum
60,000 hour life and 2 year warranty.
- Ability for viewers to send a
text message and change the content on
screen. -Permissions
based online updating system that allows the
following:
A. Ability for users to upload their content
from any internet connection in the world and must be browser
and internet access device agnostic (PC, MAC & cell
phones).
B. Local weather forecast, News,
scrolling text, RSS feeds, flash and any online content
capabilities.
C. Scheduling of date and time
sensitive events months in advance.
D. On screen error reporting
technology to show codes of any problems that can be reported
to tech support.
E. Change inputs remotely by
scheduling and input change events to take place months in
advance.
F. Ability to display
horizontally or vertically in multiple zones.
G. Allow us to setup users with
various degrees of access to update media on 1 or more zones
across 1 or more sites.
H. Must have a built in approval
system for when users upload new content an email is
automatically generated and sent to the person with approval
permissions.
G. Must be able to display up to
8 screens all with varying content from the same media player
and only requiring one licence.
H. Power Point required and
software has to be able to play Power Points in a zone - NOT
FULL SCREEN ONLY.
Installation: -Install crew that
shows up for one but also works as neatly and as cleanly as
possible.
-All cables are hid, floors vacuumed and any other messes
cleaned up.
-Able to work after hours to satisfy space, time and noise
requirements.
-Conscience clear delivery of communication system to client
once done ensures everything is completed even if it takes more
time and making more than 1 trip on site.
-Provides knowledgeable technicians to work along side your IT
staff to overcome technical concern and any internet related
hookup challenges.
Security:
We can't list everything here in detail due to the sensitive
nature of how our technology works but you can rest assured
knowing that there are thousands of media players running our
software since 2003 without a successful
hacking. -Updates are done via secure
connection from players to media server behind
firewalls. -Secure infrastructure ensures
delivery of certified content.
-Tamper proof cover capabilities limits direct access and
damage to screens.
-Locking brackets for theft
prevention.
Training: -We love our onsite
training sessions but can also train remotely over the internet
using telephone conferencing, remote control and / or internet
conferencing sessions as well.
-Ability to provide on
or offsite training.
-Ongoing training without large training costs needs to be
provided for new staff.
Ongoing
Support: -Able
to help users remotely and change media files on the screens
without using remote control on department pc's or the players
themselves.
-Require 30 second response to error messages or other
problems.
-Providing 24-7 telephone support with remote
control capabilities to help with errors with online software
or media servers.
Ongoing
Maintenance: -As often as required maintenance
on the A.I.M. media server and TV screens themselves.
Every location is different and might require more frequent
servicing.
Graphics:
-Custom
design and proof till approval, templates with restricted text amounts
per page that users can make a quick change to the
screen -Provide ongoing graphic help and
assistance
